The Conference

The Conference emerged from an informal gathering of solicitors from different parts of the country who recognised the need to share solutions to the problems facing their clients and so avoid ‘reinventing the wheel’. This was in response partly to legislation and partly to the specific demands sometimes made on Catholic organisations for reasons of history or canon law.

Any firm or individual who is interested or involved in the work of Catholic charities, especially their legal structures and needs, may apply for membership of the CSCC. There is no religious qualification.
